I’m going to go for twio resolutions this year;
Make meal plans every week and stick to them!
I know my biggest problem is nutrition-not that I necessarily eat badly- i just eat too much!
Start writing my diary again-this was my resolution last year and I made it to March/April and it’s so interesting reading back over things that I would have otherwise forgotten had happened
Today I got into the 2nd team of uni netball-one higher than last year!
I went kickboxing for the first time
Went to waterpolo and really really enjoyed it!!!!

I broke up for the holidays 6 weeks ago and so go back to uni in 6 weeks. I want to be who I want to be by then so it’s time for a real real hard work/clean eating now. I’ve done pretty well but a festival last weekend has got me out of the habit of gym/eat for 8 whole days waaah. It’s my own fault and need to start again now. MOTIVATIONNNNN
